Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows

Actually, no lollipops but lots of sunshine today and a beautiful rainbow last night. My camera couldn't do the beauty of it too much justice but it didn't do too badly either.

I know that I said I'd only run Monday, Wednesday, Friday but I couldn't resist 3 miles early this morning. It was sunny and crisp and utterly irresistible. After church, I'm going to a picnic with friends and am looking forward to it. I hope that you all have a beautiful, blessed Sunday and are looking forward to another new week of possibilities!

Oh, I missed the rainbow! At least I can see it here now *g*
If every summer day could be like today, I'd consider it Heaven.
Enjoy your day at church & your picnic!
And watch that knee, young lady!

Awww I think it's amazing how much you've grown that you "couldn't resist a run" and if I had seen that beauty I think I would have felt the same way :)

Love the pictures. Thanks for sharing them. We are having a break in the heat so I did a good walk this morning before church. Grace and blessings to you.

Love the pictures. I can't wait to get back up north. It's inspiring to hear you couldn't resist going for a run :)

I wonder if I'll ever get to the point where I can't "resist" a little exercise? I haven't run in some time. The heat set me back and I lost my momentum. Lame...I know.

Beautiful rainbow!

RE-Comment
I don't think the postman has a vendetta against us because we have also received other folks mail, I would say they are just not doing their job properly. Our previous postman got the sack....no pun intended...teehee anyway, he got sacked because he couldn't be bothered to deliver the post and he had loads of peoples letters at his home. It went to court etc. I am just fed up with my mail going to neighbours homes and theirs to ours also. I wonder how many letters I have not recieved...ummm. We dont have a nice selection of neighbours immediately around us, well maybe just one or two who are the originals like ourselves, but the other neighbours are just disgusting, dirty, foul mouthed, unemployment fiddling, drug taking/pushing, alcohol swilling individuals, sorry but they are and the other original neighbours have also said this, even folk living further down the avenue have made coments about these horrid individuals.
It was lovely when we moved here 22years ago but it has gone down hill somewhat.
We want to move house but my OH's job isn't allowing us at the moment so we are waiting for a little while longer to see what happens.

I too am very careful with my personal details but my identity has been stolen, I know who has done this and it is now in the hands of the police.

Anyway, another novel...teehee My hubby tells me I could talk under water or I could talk a glass eye to sleep, he is so cheeky...teehee

Hugs to you xx

I've always felt that rainbows are lucky, that they bring good things to those who take time to look up from their every-day lives and search the sky.

So - good things are coming for you, m'dear. I just know it!

Beautiful photos - thanks for sharing.

I saw a rainbow early Friday morning and really wish I would have had my camera with me. I really just need to keep it with me at all times.

Pretty pictures :). I like pretty pictures. In fact, I wanted to take a photography class this semester at the local college but it's going to have to wait. It's $400 :(

Couldn't resist the run? Oh, I so want to have that state of mind. Someday :)
