Funny how every summer when I'm planting my annuals, I totally forget about where I have tulips! I don't know how many times I've stuck in my shovel only to pull out several bulbs. This year I think I'll be moving them from the front of my bed to the back where the leaves can die down. This fall I'll start fresh and plant in a more organized manner.

Do any of you gardeners leave bulbs where they are or do you move them?

As you know, I love the tulips. ;) I'm going to plant some bulbs this spring for the first time ever.

I don't know how people keep track of what is planted where without a map which is why I always just stuck with dumping a bunch of wildflower seeds around. I can never tell the difference between a flower and a weed until they bloom.

I love your photo and I love the green and cream tulip in the foreground.

I haven't as yet planted any bulbs but I will take note of this dilemma! :)
