Spring Cleaning Me!

Yep, here I am. Another spring and my summer loss is back! I'm so tired of putting weight back on over the winter. I AM NOT A BEAR--I SHOULD NOT HIBERNATE IN THE WINTER! I look at all my cute spring/summer outfits and know that they won't be fitting if I don't get my act together.

I really don't want to write another blog post about how I'm starting over and then don't follow through because of all the usual excuses--too busy, too stressed, don't want to get sweaty! Give me a break!

So, after an intense couple of hours in my garden, I pumped up my tires and went for the first bike ride of the year! It was awesome! A gorgeous, sunny and warm day. Everybody was outside and it felt good to be working out again.

But, OUCH! My "blank" and "blank"s are killing me!

You're all my inspiration and I hope that you're all doing great with "spring cleaning"!

Sounds like a wonderful day! I can't wait until I'm small enough to ride a bike. I miss it!

Glad you got out to enjoy the spring day. I hope your blank and blanks feel better.

Hey! Bike riding, I've been avoiding it, because I don't want my blankety blank to hurt! LOL

Think of it as "starting fresh" rather than "starting over." :)

I look forward to AND dread the start of bike riding season. My blanks and blanks have mixed feelings about it, too.

Happy Spring!

Ok -- off to REI to buy some bike shorts today. That will help with the hurting blank! Sounds like you had a great day and are to be commended for going for a bike ride after toiling in the garden (that usually makes me want to nap!).

Your blank and blanks will get better! Just keep riding! I like what Cammy said, make it a "fresh start!" Yay!

I so need to do some spring cleaning outside. The inside is good but outside that is another story completely. Hope your blank and blank are better real soon. You crack me up. Those pesky few lbs will be gone before you know it.
